If you are related to the world of construction in Spain you will know that new buildings are subject to the horizontal property law. As a result a plan of the telecommunications infrastructures must be carried out. This plan is known as an TCI project.

We can carry out, sign and register this type of project as well as send them to be checked by the COITT (Engineer Association). The new building will then fulfil all necessary obligations in order to be passed by the Balearics Provincial Inspection of Telecommunications.

TCI projects fall into three areas as follows:

- Television: Terrestrial (digital and analogical), sky TV.

- Telephony: Access for cable or SAFI (LMDS)

- TLCA: Cable (offered principally by ONO)

With these three aspects a new construction is prepared for the installation of all these essential services.
