Si usted es arquitecto, promotor o responsable técnico de construcciones, dirige una inmobiliaria o está relacionado laboralmente con el mundo de la construcción sabrá que en las nuevas construcciones que estén sujetas a la ley de propiedad horizontal, debe realizarse una planificación de las infraestructuras de telecomunicaciones. Esta planificación se conoce como proyecto ICT.

Como colegiado 10.089 del Colegio Oficial de Ingenieros Técnicos de Telecomunicación, podemos realizar y firmar este tipo de proyectos, así como enviarlos a visar al COITT y realizar todas las gestiones necesarias para obtener el registro correspondiente en la Inspección Provincial de Telecomunicaciones de Baleares.

Los proyectos de ICT abarcan tres ámbitos: Telefonía, Televisión y Telecomunicaciones por cable, pudiéndose desglosar en los diferentes campos:

- Televisión: Terrestre (digital y analógica), satelital.

- Telefonía: Acceso por cable o SAFI (LMDS)

- TLCA: Cable (ofrecido principalmente por ONO)

Con estos tres aspectos se prepara una nueva construcción para la instalación de todos estos servicios tan esenciales en la actualidad.
